very well animated, I like how you encouraged this way of contracting the back, what would you recommend to animate the muscles in this way ?, excellent animation: D

i started with 2 frames - one with the muscles relaxed, and one with them fully tensed. from there, it's easy to create a gradual flexing motion. thank you
